        1. Services

Zae Group provides IT services to both businesses and home users, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Onsite and remote IT support
     
  • Hardware and software setup
     
  • Network configuration
     
  • Managed IT services
     
  • General tech advice and troubleshooting

 All services are provided based on availability and may be subject to scheduling and service limitations.
 

         2.  Quotes and Payments 

 

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
     
  • A deposit may be required for certain services or hardware orders.
     
  • All invoices are due within 14 days unless agreed otherwise in writing.
     
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, credit card.

Late payments may attract a fee or suspension of services.
 

          3. Client Responsibilities 

By engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information
     
  • Ensure access to systems, devices, or premises (if applicable)
     
  • Have proper backups of critical data before work begins
     

We are not liable for any loss of data unless a formal data backup agreement is in place.


          4.  Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • At least 24 hours' notice is required for rescheduling or cancelling a booking.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee.


          5.  Warranty and Liability          

  • We warrant that our services will be delivered with due care and skill.
     
  • We are not responsible for third-party hardware or software faults unless under contract.
     
  • To the extent permitted by law, Zae Group is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including downtime or data loss.


           6.  Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, graphics, logos, etc.) is the property of Zae Group unless otherwise stated. You may not copy or reproduce content without permission. 


           7.  Privacy 

We collect and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such collection and use.

Return and Refund Policy

We’re committed to fair and transparent service. Here's how we handle refunds and returns:

  • ✔ No refunds for change of mind after service is completed.


  • ✔ No refunds without 24 hours of notice unless otherwise specified or discussed.
     
  • ✔ If something goes wrong, let us know within 7 days — we’ll fix or refund where appropriate.
     
  • ✔ Physical products can be returned if faulty, damaged, or not as described.
     
  • ✔ Must be returned within 14 days, unused and in original packaging.
     
  • ✔ Return shipping is free if the item is faulty, otherwise at your cost.
     
  • ✔ We’ll assist with manufacturer warranty claims where possible.
     
  • ✔ Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.
